The Story
GymCraft London was founded in 2023 by Louis Rodgers and Fred Carr, friends who grew up in West London and found their way into construction straight out of school. What began as long days on building sites slowly evolved into something more considered — a shared interest in wellness spaces, great design, and how environments shape the way people feel and perform.
Purpose-Built Wellness
From the beginning, the focus has been simple: create wellness environments that are purposeful, refined, and built to last.
Today, GymCraft works with Premier League football teams, luxury health clubs, private clients, and established brands, advising on and delivering bespoke gyms, saunas, steam rooms, and recovery spaces. The company remains construction-led at its core, with architects, designers, and specialist trades working closely from concept through to completion.
Building Wellness
We started GymCraft because we saw an opportunity to do something no one else was doing. There were companies focused on saunas, steam rooms, or gyms, but none offering a fully integrated construction service for wellness spaces. That’s what GymCraft was built for, and we take our work extremely seriously.

We have a team of over 30 specialist tradespeople delivering high-end wellness builds and fit-outs. We are not ex-personal trainers. We are architects, designers, and construction experts, uniquely focused on wellness. Our architectural and building team is unlike anything else in the UK, with a clear understanding of how to build truly healthy spaces. Despite being a young company, GymCraft has rapidly become a leader in the UK wellness construction market.
